announced a partnership with the Rural Women
Skills and Development Foundation (RWSDF) of

million OPIC loan to construct a
pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in
Nsawam, Ghana, where it will produce for
sale, active pharmaceutical ingredients
(APIs), the raw material used in
medications, and formulate them into
high-value finished dosage forms (FDFs) for
distribution throughout West Africa

lack of willingness of companies to make
drugs available in Africa, the best way to
deal with the situation is to find a
hospitable nation in Africa, and use it as a
base for manufacturing and distribution.
